Privacy Policy

  This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) has been adopted to set out the obligations of Cross Group (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and its employees in respect of collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation, alteration, retrieval, use, treatment, handling, disclosure, correction, providing access to, blocking, erasure, and destruction of personal data. 
  Cross Group and its employees shall persistently take all appropriate measures to ensure the accuracy, integrity and security of personal data and to permit appropriate access to such data in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, and the standard operating processes and procedures. 
  Definition of Personal Data "Personal data" when used in this Privacy Policy means any private information such as name, date of birth, and any other data in electronic, paper or other form and whether oral or in writing and relates to living or deceased individuals, who can be identified from the data or from other information which is in the possession of or likely to come into possession of the Company or its employees. 
   Purpose of the Policy
   Cross Group is one of the leading telecommunication providers in Armenia. Our mission is to deliver the highest level of service and customer care to its clients both in Armenia and outside. Our customers entrust us with sensitive personal data. Our reputation and ability to continue serving its customers is dependent on our ability to protect their personal data. 
  Cross Group and our employees are bound by laws and regulations to protect personal data in the country we do business and to which we transfer personal data. 
  Acquisition and Use of Personal Data The collected data helps the Company to personalize and improve services provided to its customers (subscribers/users). It also enables the Company to account its customers (subscribers) and if so required to contact them.
 1. Acquisition of Personal Data Customers personal data will be collected through fair and appropriate methods only within the volumes required for the purpose of use. 
 2. Use of Personal Data In relation to the provision of services by the Company, it will use the personal data under its possession for a number of purposes of use only. The personal data/information possessed and managed by the Company cannot be used for any other purposes, except otherwise permitted under or envisaged by respective laws and legal acts. These purposes are as follows; 
     2.1. Verifying identity for the purposes of provision, alteration, or suspension of products or services, or implementation of works ensuring proper provision of the Companys services, including accounting (billing) services; 
     2.2. Providing information/data related to products or services; 
     2.3. Testing and developing new products or services; 
     2.4. Conducting marketing research and other educational and research works; 
     2.5. Applying questionnaires, awarding prizes, etc. 
  Secure Management of Personal Data 
  1. The Company will undertake all necessary and relevant measures to prevent any accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration of and unauthorized disclosure or access to Customers personal data. 
  2. The Company will establish an internal system to prevent unauthorized access to personal data and will adequatelytrain its employees how to treat, handle and process personal data. 
  Provision of Personal Data to Third Parties 
The Company will undertake not to provide or disclose any personal data provided by the customer to any third party without the latters consent, unless otherwise permitted under or envisaged by respective laws and legal acts. 
  Compliance with Laws and Legal Acts 
The Company will comply with respectivelaws andlegal acts, and the personal data protection guidelines applicable in telecommunications. 
 Disclosure, Update, etc. of Personal Data 
If a person who has provided personal data requests to make any disclosure, update, correction, addition, deletion, etc. of his/her own personal information/data, the Company will undertake appropriate measures to comply with such request within a reasonable timeframe through the Companys Customer Service Center. For inquiries, please contact the Companys Customer Service Center. 
  Inquiry for Personal Data Handling and Processing 
The Company will address any inquiry from customers with respect to the Companys handling and processing of personal data through its Customer Service Center. 
 Revision 
The Company may revise the contents of this Privacy Policy either in whole or in part. In case of revision, the revised version of this Privacy Policy will be accordingly made available on the Compnays website. 
 Security 
The Company takes every precaution and preventive measures to protect its (subscribers/users) data/information. All of our customers (subscribers/users) data/information is stored in our offices and is restricted to the Companys employees only. Only those employees who need to use or process this data/information for any specific task or assignment, are granted access to such personal data/information. Furthermore, all employees are updated on the Companys security and privacy practices.
